While many in the United States are speculating what consequences Obama’s defeat could have on domestic policy, analysts around the world are wondering how a possible Romney victory and Republican government would alter the foreign policy of the super power.
Advance polls continue to indicate that either candidate has a chance of winning the November election, which means that the future of U.S. foreign policy is in a state of some uncertainty. While the candidates are using differing tactics, it appears their main goal is the same: to restore America as the world’s number one global super power no matter the costs.
